John joined the Bass & Lemer team in January 2025. John has over 20 years of accounting experience primarily in commercial and residential real estate. Prior to joining Bass & Lemer team, John served in senior positions at Akam Living Services, BEB Capital, Sharestates, Colony NorthStar Inc and One Liberty Properties Inc. In his current role, John joins the cooperative and condominium division to add his insight and knowledge from the private sector to public light. John graduated from Queens College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
